Job Summary:
Provide expert clinical decision-making to optimize drug therapy for patients. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient cases to optimize drug therapy through clinical decision-making
• Apply in-depth pharmacotherapy knowledge, including medication interactions and clinical guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Review patient labs, vital signs, and medical history to adjust treatments appropriately
• Identify and prevent adverse drug events and medication errors to ensure medication safety

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) certification
• Valid DC license
