  • Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) - Infusion to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role focuses on administering infusion therapies, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and other intravenous (IV) medications according to established protocols.
    • Monitor patients during infusions, observing for adverse reactions and responding promptly to emergencies.
    • Assess patient conditions, document treatments accurately, and maintain comprehensive medical records.
    • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and self-care post-infusion.
    • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust care plans.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe infusion environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with best practices in oncology care.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Licensure: Current State RN license.

    Certifications:
    • Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification (required).
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
    • Experience: Prior experience in infusion therapy, oncology, or related clinical settings preferred.
