JOB SUMMARY
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and other patient observations.
- Assist with patient mobility, including transferring, ambulating, and repositioning.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Document patient care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record.
- Respond to patient call lights and provide assistance as needed.
- Report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.

Schedule / Shift
- Rotating shifts (may include nights, weekends, and holidays)

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA certification program.
- Valid CNA certification in the state of practice.

Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
- Previous experience as a CNA is preferred.

Patient Population
- Adults and Geriatric patients.
