JOB SUMMARY Provide diagnostic imaging services using CT and X-ray equipment.
Key Responsibilities - Perform CT and X-ray examinations according to physician orders and established protocols. - Position patients accurately and ensure their comfort and safety during procedures. - Operate imaging equipment, including CT scanners and X-ray machines, with efficiency and technical proficiency. - Acquire high-quality diagnostic images. - Document patient information and procedure details accurately in the patient chart/EMR system. - Adhere to radiation safety standards and protocols. - Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Schedule / Shift - Saturday: Day Shift - Sunday: Day Shift - Monday: Night Shift
Required Qualifications - Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Certifications - ARRT Certification in Radiography (R.T.(R)) - ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (R.T.(CT)) or equivalent
Experience - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CT/X-Ray Technologist.
Skills - Proficient in CT and X-ray imaging techniques. - Ability to operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment. - Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology. - Knowledge of radiation safety principles. - Excellent patient care and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
