  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient clinic team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, support clinical procedures, and collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure continuity of care. This is a full-time, 40-hour/week day shift position, with occasional evening hours as needed. Shared housing is provided at no cost.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
    2. Assist with assessments, treatments, and procedures as directed by providers
    3. Administer medications and injections as prescribed
    4. Monitor patient health status and report any changes or concerns to the clinical team
    5. Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and ongoing care plans
    6. Document all care provided accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
    7. Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, protocols, and safety regulations
    8. Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support high-quality patient care

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current and valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
    2. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    3. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinic, outpatient, or primary care setting preferred
    4. Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
    5. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
    6. Proficiency in using EHR systems

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Experience in ambulatory or community health nursing
    2. Knowledge of chronic disease management and patient education

    Certifications (if any)
    1. BLS (Basic Life Support) – required
    2. Additional nursing certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) are a plus but not required
