JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Med/Surg-Tele unit.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Monitor patient vital signs and document observations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Schedule / Shift
• 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM (12-hour shift)
• Includes weekend and holiday rotation as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
• Previous experience in a Medical-Surgical setting preferred.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring.

Skills
• Proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medication administration and patient care procedures.
