JOB SUMMARY Provide occupational therapy services to patients to restore function, improve mobility, and help patients regain independence in daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities - Evaluate patients' functional status, including their medical history, needs, and goals. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations. - Provide therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, and sensory processing. - Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques. - Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and timely. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Schedule / Shift - Variable shifts, including potential weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. - Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
Experience - Previous experience in occupational therapy preferred.
Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
