JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) Traveler for a 13-week contract with a 7/27 or 8/10 start date. This role requires demonstrated experience in a high-capacity operating room environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and medical teams during operative procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the operating room environment and supplies.
- Ensure sterile techniques are followed throughout surgical procedures.
- Handle instruments, sutures, and supplies as directed by the surgical team.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and other team members.

Schedule / Shift
- Rotation: 4x10 Day/Evening. Travelers will initially be oriented to evening shifts. Primary assignments may be evenings based on needs and skills; days scheduled when not needed on evenings.
- Includes two weeks of nights per contract.
- On-call: At least two short calls every 4-week schedule, including weekends.
- Evening Shift example: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Day Shift example: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) or 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Wednesday)
- Weekend Shifts: When scheduled on weekends, 12-hour shifts will be assigned. During the same week, 8 or 10-hour shifts may be scheduled to meet contracted hours.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in a high-capacity operating room.

Experience
- Prior travel experience preferred.
