  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (Operating Room) to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality perioperative nursing care, ensuring patient safety and supporting surgeons and anesthesiologists throughout surgical procedures.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
    2. Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures by anticipating needs and providing instruments.
    3. Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition before, during, and after surgery.
    4. Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
    5. Document patient information, surgical procedures, and post-operative care accurately.
    6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    2. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
    3. Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing practices and sterile techniques.
    4. Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Prior experience in a hospital or surgical center operating room.
    2. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
    2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
    3. CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) certification is a plus.
