JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a Physical Therapist for a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Implement patient treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation strategies.
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

Schedule / Shift
- 40 hours per week
- Days
- Monday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Required Qualifications
- Excellent patient handling skills and transfer techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to be self-directed, flexible, and able to multi-task.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting.

Certifications
- MA PT License
- BLS for healthcare providers (AHA or American Red Cross)

- Hospital Based Outpatient Rehab Facility

Floating / On-Call
- No major holidays.
- No weekends.
- No call requirements.
