  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse – Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves managing daily operations, supporting clinical staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and organizational policies.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
    2. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations for nursing team members.
    3. Monitor patient care plans and ensure adherence to medical protocols.
    4. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes.
    5. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    6. Assist in scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs.
    7. Address patient and family concerns with professionalism and empathy.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
    3. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
    4. Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
    5. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or related field.
    2. Experience in hospital or long-term care facility management.
    3. Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
    2. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
