  • Position Overview  
    We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses. The LPN will play a vital role in supporting patient health, administering treatments, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols across clinical and long-term care settings.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.
    2. Support physicians and registered nurses in patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
    3. Document patient information accurately in medical records and electronic health systems.
    4. Perform wound care, injections, and other clinical procedures as directed.
    5. Educate patients and families on health maintenance, treatment plans, and medication usage.
    6. Assist in coordinating patient care across interdisciplinary teams.
    7. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
    8. Respond to patient needs promptly and compassionately.
    9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training.

    Required Skills & Qualifications
    1. Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
    2. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and patient care standards.
    3. Proficiency in administering medications and performing clinical procedures.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    6. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
    7. Compassionate approach to patient care.
    8. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or hospital settings.
    2. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
    3. CPR/BLS certification.
    4. Prior experience educating patients and families on health management.
