Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing clerical support, and ensuring smooth communication across the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical and reception duties
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet visitors and provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and orderly condition
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
