  • Job Summary  
    We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The RN will provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, ensuring safe, evidence-based interventions and continuous monitoring. This role requires strong clinical judgment, advanced technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Deliver direct patient care in the ICU, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs.
    2. Provide specialized care for patients with complex medical conditions, including those requiring ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced therapies.
    3. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    4. Assist patients with daily living activities and support families with education and counseling.
    5. Collect and document vital signs, intake/output, and report abnormalities promptly.
    6. Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions such as cardioversion, defibrillation, and rapid transfusions.
    7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
    8. Uphold infection control and patient safety standards.
    9. Support discharge planning and continuity of care.
    Required Qualifications
    1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    2. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
    3. Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and patient monitoring.
    4. Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
    2. Prior experience in Progressive Care or Cardiac units.
    3. Advanced training in critical care nursing.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) – required.
    2. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – required.
    3. Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) – preferred.
