  • Job Summary  
    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) team. The RN will provide high-quality patient care in Progressive Care and Cardiac units, supporting both acute and chronically ill patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver safe, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Provide patient care in Progressive Care and Cardiac units.
    2. Assist acute and chronically ill patients with daily living activities.
    3. Collect vital signs and intake/output measurements; report abnormalities promptly to supervising RN or physician.
    4. Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
    5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    6. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
    7. Uphold infection control and patient safety standards.
    8. Support discharge planning and continuity of care.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    2. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years
    3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – required.
    4. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification – required.
    5. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
    2. Prior experience in LTAC, Progressive Care, or Cardiac units.
    3. Excellent communication and patient education skills.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) – required.
    2. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – required.
