JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN for a Night Shift position at a rehabilitation center/nursing home. This role will primarily focus on providing direct patient care in a skilled nursing environment, with potential for floating to long-term care.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform bedside nursing care for residents in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care units.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct regular resident rounds.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Provide wound care as needed.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the EMR system.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all residents.

Schedule / Shift
• Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Block scheduling may be possible.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Tennessee LPN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Certifications
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Experience
• At least 1 year of Long Term Care experience required.
• Nursing Home experience required.
• Experience with medication pass and patient care skills.
