    We are hiring a Transportation Technician for a leading healthcare logistics company in Richmond, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced delivery drivers, route drivers, courier drivers, medical transport drivers, and logistics professionals who enjoy driving, providing outstanding customer service, and working in a healthcare environment.

    Responsibilities:
    • Safely operate a company van or truck on assigned delivery routes.
    • Deliver and pick up sterilized surgical instruments between healthcare facilities.
    • Load and unload instrument carts and totes safely.
    • Use GPS navigation and routing software for efficient deliveries.
    • Obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) signatures and complete delivery documentation.
    • Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
    • Maintain accurate delivery, fuel, and vehicle logs.
    • Follow DOT regulations, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines.
    • Wear required PPE while handling medical products.
    • Provide professional customer service during every delivery.

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 1 year of commercial, courier, delivery, or route driving experience.
    • Valid Class C Driver's License.
    • Clean driving record (MVR).
    • Comfortable pushing/pulling carts up to 400 lbs.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to use GPS navigation systems.
    • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Customer-facing or client service experience.
    • Experience in medical transportation, logistics, courier, warehouse, or delivery services.
