Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide age-appropriate patient care under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. The CNA will assist with technical nursing duties, assessment, triage, and ensure that the needs of guests are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform technical nursing duties as directed by the Charge Nurse
• Assist with patient assessment, triage, and age-appropriate care
• Provide assistance to patients based on their individual needs
• Support in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients
• Lift a minimum of 25 lbs and assist with moving or repositioning patients
• Remain on feet for long periods while providing patient care

Required Qualifications
• CNA Certificate to practice in the State of Georgia
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and endure prolonged standing and physical tasks

CNA Competency Skill Requirements
• Proficiency in basic nursing care and patient assessment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with patients and healthcare team members
