Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Services Associate to provide both clinical and administrative support within a healthcare setting. This role combines medical assisting duties with front desk responsibilities, ensuring efficient patient care and smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform medical assisting tasks in compliance with clinical standards and patient care protocols.
- Support administrative functions including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and front desk operations.
- Utilize EPIC or other electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information and documentation.
- Assist healthcare teams with coordination of patient services and workflow management.
- Provide support to physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure timely and effective patient care.
- Maintain compliance with safety, confidentiality, and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant (MA) certification.
- Experience performing both clinical and administrative/front desk duties.
- Proficiency with EPIC or similar EHR systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Prior experience in coordinator or supervisor roles within healthcare teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare scheduling systems and patient flow management.
- Experience in outpatient or multi-specialty clinic settings.
Certifications (if any)
- Active Medical Assistant (MA) certification required.
- Additional healthcare or administrative certifications are a plus.

Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
