  • Job Summary  
    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to join our healthcare team. The Audiologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with hearing and balance disorders. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving patients’ quality of life through personalized care.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests.
    2. Diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders.
    3. Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
    4. Provide counseling and education to patients and families regarding hearing health.
    5. Collaborate with physicians, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals.
    6. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
    7. Stay current with advancements in audiology practices and technology.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree or equivalent.
    2. Valid state license to practice audiology.
    3. Strong knowledge of diagnostic audiology procedures and hearing aid technology.
    4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Experience working in a clinical or hospital setting.
    2. Familiarity with pediatric and geriatric patient populations.
    3. Knowledge of cochlear implants and advanced hearing technologies.
    4. Certifications (if any)Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from ASHA or equivalent.
    5. Board Certification in Audiology (optional but preferred).
