  • Job Summary
    The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential patient care and support under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals. This role assists patients with daily living activities, monitors vital signs, and ensures a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. CNAs play a critical role in delivering compassionate care and supporting the overall healthcare team.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
    2. Monitor vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
    3. Provide patient comfort by maintaining a clean and safe environment
    4. Support nursing staff with patient care tasks and documentation
    5. Assist with medical procedures under the supervision of licensed nurses
    6. Communicate patient needs and changes in condition promptly to the healthcare team
    7. Transport patients between units and assist with examinations or treatments
    8. Maintain infection control by following safety and hygiene protocols

    Required Qualifications
    1. High school diploma or GED equivalent
    2. Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
    3. Current CNA certification in the state of practice
    4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    5. Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
    6. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting
    2. Familiarity with electronic medical records

    Certifications
    1. CNA certification – Required
    2. CPR/BLS certification – Required

    Note- Travel Experience Required
