Job Summary

Seeking an experienced MS/Telemetry RN to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for telemetry and stroke patients while delivering safe, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients.
• Perform stroke assessments and NIH monitoring.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide wound care and gastric decompression management.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience.
• IV therapy experience.
• Strong assessment and patient care skills.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS

Certifications

• BLS
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

Additional Information

• Typical patient care includes Stroke/NIH assessments, EEGs, Gastric Decompression, and Wound Care.
