JOB SUMMARY
This position involves providing physical therapy services within an acute care setting. The role requires a licensed physical therapist with a valid Hawaii PT license and current BLS certification. Candidates must possess at least one year of acute care experience within the last five years. The schedule includes a standard weekday shift and one assigned weekend day. Occasional travel to a Kihei location may be necessary for screen or follow-up care for LTC patients.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services in an acute care environment.
• Work a shift from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Work one weekend day per assignment.
• Travel occasionally to the Kihei location for screens or follow-up care for LTC patients.

Required Qualifications
• Hawaii Physical Therapy License (in hand, not pending).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least 1 year of acute care experience within the last 5 years.
