Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will provide specialized care to patients requiring close monitoring and advanced nursing interventions, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the PCU.
2. Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
3. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
4. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
5. Educate patients and families on health management, recovery, and follow-up care.
6. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with hospital standards.
Required Qualifications
1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
3. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Prior experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar high-acuity environment.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Certifications (if any)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
