  • JOB SUMMARY
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Practice Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing office tasks, and assisting with scheduling, documentation, and communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide administrative support to practice staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
    • Assist with filing, record-keeping, and maintaining confidential information.
    • Support billing, invoicing, and expense tracking processes.
    • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor communications.
    • Facilitate communication between team members and external stakeholders.
    • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new staff members.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of administrative or office support experience.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
    • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working in a professional services or healthcare practice environment.
    • Familiarity with scheduling software, CRM systems, or practice management tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
