JOB SUMMARY
Performs radiologic procedures to assist physicians in diagnosis of illness or injury.

Key Responsibilities
Operates radiologic equipment and positions patients to obtain the best possible diagnostic images.
Administers contrast media as required.
Performs venipuncture for the administration of contrast media.
Performs and monitors diagnostic imaging procedures.
Follows established protocols and procedures in patient care.
Maintains patient records.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
Participates in continuing education to maintain and improve skills.

Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
Current ARRT certification.
BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience as a radiologic technologist.
Experience with CT and MRI.
