  • Job Summary  
    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Care team. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting physicians and other healthcare professionals in delivering safe and effective treatment.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an ambulatory care environment.
    2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
    3. Provide patient education on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
    4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
    5. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
    6. Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to physicians and families.
    7. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree.
    3. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in ambulatory or outpatient care.
    4. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Experience in ambulatory care, outpatient clinics, or specialty practices.
    2. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
    3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
    2. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
