JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a skilled Echocardiogram Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures of the heart.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform complete echocardiograms (transthoracic, transesophageal where applicable) and stress echocardiograms according to departmental protocols and physician orders.
- Obtain and record patient history, explain procedures to patients, and answer any questions.
- Operate ultrasound equipment to acquire diagnostic quality images.
- Perform measurements and calculations as required.
- Recognize and record normal and abnormal findings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Schedule / Shift
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of an accredited echocardiography program.
- Current BLS certification.

Certifications
- BLS

Experience
- At least 2 years of experience as an Echocardiogram Technologist.

Skills
- Proficient in performing transthoracic echocardiograms.
- Ability to operate ultrasound equipment and associated software.
- Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
