  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a reliable and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling medical emergencies and providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Our facility is conveniently accessible via commuter rail and green line, and parking is also available for staff.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
    2. Insert and manage intravenous (IV) lines as required.
    3. Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies, utilizing sound clinical judgment.
    4. Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions using Epic electronic health records (EHR).
    5. Administer medications and perform interventions in accordance with care plans.
    6. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    7. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
    2. Proficiency in IV insertion.
    3. Demonstrated ability to respond to and manage medical emergencies.
    4. Experience working in a fast-paced clinical or hospital setting.
    5. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Experience with Epic electronic medical record system.
    2. Prior experience in emergency or urgent care environments.

    Certifications
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
    2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required).
