Job Summary

Swedish Medical Center is seeking experienced NICU RNs to provide specialized neonatal care across multiple campuses within the Float Pool.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to NICU patients.
• Maintain 1:2 patient ratios.
• Float to NICU, Peds, and PICU units as needed (newborns/infants only).
• Document care accurately using EMR systems.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience.
• Active Washington RN License.
• Experience with 1:2 patient ratios.
• Ability to float across all Swedish campuses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic charting experience.

Certifications

• AHA BLS
• NRP

Additional Details

• 13-week contract
• 3x12 Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Guaranteed 2 shifts/week
• Must be available Wed-Sun or Thu-Mon
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
