JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation through completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, develop project plans, track progress, and manage risks and issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.
• Track project progress and report on status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses against budget.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
