JOB SUMMARY Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving mobility.
Key Responsibilities - Evaluate patients' physical condition, functional limitations, and medical history. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician referrals. - Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. - Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Document all patient care services accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Schedule / Shift Days
Required Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent). - Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
Certifications - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience - Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
Skills - Proficient in patient evaluation and assessment. - Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and modalities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. - Ability to manage a caseload effectively.
