Job Summary W e are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team. The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes for patients recovering from surgery or managing acute medical conditions. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit. Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and health maintenance. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times. Required Qualifications C urrent Registered Nurse (RN) license. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in a medical-surgical or acute care setting. Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Prior experience in a hospital medical-surgical unit. Advanced training in patient education and care coordination. Certifications (if any) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
