Job Summary
• Seeking an experienced Lab Assistant for an inpatient healthcare setting
• Candidates must be comfortable with early morning shifts and inpatient procedures
• Travel experience in phlebotomy is required

Key Responsibilities
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection in an inpatient environment
• Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and specimen details
• Follow safety and infection control procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely lab results

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience
• At least 1 year of inpatient phlebotomy experience
• Documented travel experience in phlebotomy
• Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license at time of submission
• Valid driver's license with address matching demographic information
• Resume with detailed experience history
• Two recent professional references (Charge/Manager RN from specialty area)
• Completed skills checklist matching phlebotomy specialty
• EMR experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Certifications
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Current and active
