Job Summary

Seeking an experienced OR RN to serve as a Weekend Charge Nurse, providing leadership and clinical support while delivering safe, high-quality perioperative patient care in a surgical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee OR operations during assigned shifts.
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for surgical staff.
• Provide perioperative nursing care and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with surgical protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Recent Operating Room/Surgery experience.
• Charge Nurse experience or strong leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Certifications

• Required certifications per facility policy.

Shift Details

• Shift: Days, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Schedule: Saturday - Monday
• Hours per Week: 36 Hours
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• On-Call: Not Required
