  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer for a contract-to-hire role to lead engineering initiatives across multiple business units. This role focuses on solution development, effort estimation, and task breakdown while ensuring adherence to development standards and processes. The position includes limited hands-on development and requires close collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead solution development efforts and provide accurate estimates for new initiatives
    • Break down approved work into detailed tasks for development team execution
    • Ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements while following established processes
    • Collaborate with external vendors for staff augmentation and project delivery
    • Act as an escalation point for the development team and manage issue resolution
    • Serve as a technical liaison between development teams, business units, and external partners
    • Participate in Agile processes and contribute to team delivery within Agile pods
    • Ensure adherence to development standards, processes, and automation best practices

    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a software developer
    • At least 2 years of experience in a lead or similar role
    • Proficiency in Java, React (with Next.js), and SQL
    • Experience with Couchbase version 8 or higher
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Full-stack development experience
    • Experience with Android development
    • Cloud certification
    • Degree in Computer Science or related field
