  • Job Summary
    We are seeking an Agent IAM Architect to define and drive the enterprise agent identity strategy and architecture for emerging AI and agent-based platforms. This role will be responsible for designing identity models, authorization frameworks, lifecycle management processes, and security architectures that support secure, scalable, and governed agent identities across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), cloud security architecture, identity governance, and enterprise security design while providing technical leadership across multiple technology and business teams.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Define and drive the enterprise agent identity strategy and architecture, including identity models and authorization patterns for AI agents.
    • Establish security design patterns, standards, and long-term architectural direction for agent identity management.
    • Design standardized lifecycle management processes for agent identities, including onboarding, ownership assignment, credential management, and deprovisioning.
    • Develop scalable agent discovery, inventory, and governance capabilities across enterprise platforms.
    • Design and implement access control frameworks that enforce least privilege principles and policy-based authorization.
    • Establish trust boundaries and authorization models for agent-to-agent and agent-to-system interactions.
    • Enable end-to-end observability of agent activities and integrate telemetry into enterprise monitoring, detection, and response platforms.
    • Partner with IAM, security, cloud, platform, and engineering teams to deliver secure-by-design identity solutions.
    • Define reusable architectural patterns, standards, and implementation guidance for agent identity initiatives.
    • Drive cross-functional alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
    • Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for identity-related programs and initiatives.
    • Guide implementation teams and ensure adherence to established architecture and security standards.
    • Support enterprise identity governance, risk management, and compliance requirements.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends related to identity security, AI systems, and cloud security.

    Required Qualifications
    • 8+ years of experience securing cloud platforms and SaaS environments.
    • Strong experience designing enterprise IAM and security architectures.
    • Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security Architecture, or Identity Platform Architecture.
    • Experience leading enterprise identity and access management programs.
    • Experience working across multiple cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
    • Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform.
    • Strong understanding of identity models, authorization patterns, and trust boundaries.
    • Experience designing scalable identity governance and lifecycle management solutions.
    • Knowledge of directory services, identity federation, and single sign-on technologies.
    • Experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and federated identity architectures.
    • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
    • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), access reviews, and governance processes.
    • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and enterprise security frameworks.
    • Knowledge of AI systems, agent-based architectures, and associated security controls.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business organizations.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience designing identity architectures for AI agents, autonomous systems, or agentic platforms.
    • Experience developing enterprise-wide IAM standards and governance frameworks.
    • Strong technical leadership experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
    • Experience implementing secure-by-design architecture principles.
    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.
    • Experience working with highly regulated or security-focused environments.

    Certifications
    • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) (Preferred).
    • AWS Certifications (Preferred).
    • Microsoft Azure Certifications (Preferred).
    • Google Cloud Certifications (Preferred).
    • IAM, Security Architecture, or Cloud Security Certifications (Preferred).
