  • Job Summary:
    The Release Technical Lead is responsible for supporting native application build and deployment activities across iOS and Android platforms, coordinating release processes, managing defects, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with Development, QA, Business, Management, DevOps, and Production Support teams. The role requires strong technical coordination, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced Agile environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Support build and deployment activities for native iOS and Android applications.
    • Configure native applications, including certificates and provisioning profiles.
    • Manage bulk code merges and resolve merge conflicts.
    • Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
    • Support the build ecosystem and analyze build errors.
    • Work with Sonar, Artifactory, BrowserStack, and related toolchains.
    • Develop and support toolchain activities and Fastlane workflows.
    • Manage defects and follow up through closure.
    • Follow SDLC best practices throughout development, testing, build, and release activities.
    • Collaborate with Development, QA, Business, Management, DevOps, and Production Support teams.
    • Manage multiple tactical and strategic deliverables while meeting release timelines.
    • Work effectively in a deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
    • Deliver technical presentations and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
    • Quickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies.
    • Support Agile Scrum processes, including two-week sprint cycles.

    Required Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience working with Agile Scrum methodologies, including two-week sprint cycles.
    • 5+ years of experience with JIRA.
    • 3+ years of native application development experience across iOS and/or Android.
    • Experience with Xcode and/or Android Studio.
    • Experience configuring native applications, including certificates and provisioning profiles.
    • Experience with Git and version control systems.
    • Experience performing bulk code merges and resolving conflicts.
    • Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
    • Experience with Sonar, Artifactory, BrowserStack, and toolchain development.
    • Experience with Fastlane.
    • Strong understanding of SDLC best practices.
    • Experience managing defects and following them through closure.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong collaboration and coordination skills across multiple technical and business groups.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Exposure to build and deployment activities for native iOS and Android applications.
    • Minimum 5+ years of overall professional experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated experience with native application projects focused on speed-to-market initiatives.
    • Ability to think strategically about technical direction and engineering practices.
    • Ability to understand new technologies and evaluate their impact on banking and online sales.
    • Prior familiarity with banking processes and banking products, or the ability to quickly develop that knowledge.
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a relevant technical role.
