Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, modern web development frameworks, cloud-native practices, and DevOps methodologies. The role requires technical leadership, hands-on development, mentoring capabilities, and the ability to drive innovation through AI-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.
• Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
• Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and DevOps.
• Participate in solution design, estimation, and technical decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI-driven development tools to enhance productivity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across development practices and solutions.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API development.
• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web applications and services.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or Sybase.
• Experience working with MongoDB, Elasticsearch/Kibana, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Git and modern source control practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with healthcare or enterprise applications is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to Angular and modern front-end development frameworks.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
• Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Agent Framework and Agentic AI solution development.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerized application deployments.
