Job Summary
We are seeking a UI Production Support Engineer to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of web-based platforms in a production environment. This role focuses on monitoring systems, resolving production issues, improving processes through automation, and supporting continuous delivery in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain system stability, availability, and performance of web applications
- Provide production support including incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution
- Analyze logs and system metrics to identify issues and optimize performance
- Implement process improvements through automation and monitoring enhancements
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments
- Support change management and release activities
- Utilize monitoring and analytics tools to gain insights and improve system reliability
- Work with service management tools to track and resolve incidents and requests
- Participate in Agile development processes and support delivery initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and system performance
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in production support and system reliability engineering
- Knowledge of ITIL practices including incident and change management
- Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools such as Splunk or similar
- Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, or Java
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
