Senior Full Stack Java with AI

Key Responsibilities
Lead offshore engineering resources and drive successful delivery of AI initiatives.
Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and enhance React-based user interfaces supporting AI-enabled workflows.
Architect and implement production-grade GenAI solutions, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and chatbot experiences.
Establish guardrails, governance, monitoring, and compliance controls for AI solutions.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment processes.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Platform, Risk, and Compliance teams.
Mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and perform technical leadership functions.

Required Qualifications
Backend Development (5+ Years)
Expert-level Java development.
Spring/Spring Boot.
API design and development (REST, OpenAPI, Swagger).
Authentication and security (OAuth, OIDC, JWT, RBAC).
Frontend Development (3+ Years)
React preferred (Angular acceptable).
Component architecture.
State management and routing.
Accessibility and UI testing.
GenAI / Agentic AI (1+ Year)
LLM concepts and architecture.
RAG design and implementation.
Agentic AI systems.
LangChain and LangGraph.
MCP (Model Context Protocol).
Prompt engineering.
AI guardrails and responsible AI controls.
Data & Infrastructure (3–5 Years)
Vector databases
Relational databases
Redis caching
