  • Job Summary:
    The SAP MDG Consultant is responsible for leading Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, data cleansing, migration, and conversion initiatives across SAP and non-SAP environments. The role provides expertise in SAP technical architecture and MDM conceptual frameworks, coordinates cross-functional teams, and collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to optimize master data management strategies and support successful system conversions.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead MDM strategy development and implementation across SAP and non-SAP systems.
    • Drive data cleansing, cleanup, migration, and conversion activities to support system transformations.
    • Advise on MDM best practices with a focus on SAP environments.
    • Provide expert guidance on SAP technical architecture related to master data.
    • Anticipate and plan for master data conversion to non-SAP destinations.
    • Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of MDM initiatives.
    • Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making throughout projects.
    • Demonstrate leadership in guiding and coordinating cross-functional teams.
    • Mentor and support team members to build MDM capabilities within the organization.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Strong expertise in MDM conceptual frameworks.
    • Strong expertise in SAP technical architecture.
    • Experience with SAP-related data cleanup and cleansing initiatives.
    • Experience leading data migration and conversion activities.
    • Experience coordinating IT and business stakeholders across MDM initiatives.
