  • Job Description
    This team is responsible for testing the quality, reliability, and stability of Client Applications and Systems. This includes both Cloud and on-prem applications. This group is generally more technical – looking at more key projects, key initiatives, high profile services for Client and making sure they are built with quality and performing. Automation testing is a functional software testing technique that ensures our products are of high quality and reliable.

    In this role...
    • You will do roughly 85% automation and 15% manual testing
    • You will develop and execute formal Test plans, procedures and scenarios for automated testing to ensure quality of software applications. Reviews and assesses test coverage to ensure thorough quality review.
    • You will plan tests, writes test cases/scripts, develops & executes automated test cases.
    • You will perform various Test Types including smoke, application, functional and regression testing. Including appropriate level of testing to ensure that systems or applications are tested effectively prior to implementation.
    • You will document and track test results, defects, ROI and other quality metrics. Enters problems and issues into system and participates in analysis and resolution.
    • You will develop and implement quality standards and best practices, contributing ideas and effort toward continuous improvement.
    • Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners.

    What you will need to succeed...
    • 1-3+ years of QE Automation testing experience
    • Coding skills in Java are required for this
    • SQL skills are required
    • Cucumber experience is needed
    • Kotlin would be nice to have
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Drive and initiative.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
