  • Job Summary
    The VibeIQ Specialist will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, adoption, and optimization of the VibeIQ application. This role will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with stakeholders to deliver successful implementations, provide ongoing support, and drive continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience with the VibeIQ platform and a strong understanding of retail, fashion, consumer goods, assortment planning, or merchandising environments.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead all phases of VibeIQ implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
    • Provide application support and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
    • Monitor post-implementation success by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), gathering user feedback, and supporting user adoption.
    • Optimize system configurations based on business needs and operational feedback.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for VibeIQ product capabilities and best practices.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend effective solutions.
    • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and recommend product enhancements.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize platform value and business outcomes.

    Required Qualifications
    • Hands-on experience working with the VibeIQ application.
    • Experience providing application support and troubleshooting technical or functional issues.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Experience within retail, fashion, consumer goods, assortment planning, merchandising, or related business domains.
    • Experience leading or supporting software implementation projects.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
    • Experience conducting user training and supporting change management initiatives.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with assortment planning, merchandising, or retail technology platforms.
    • Experience working directly with product management and engineering teams.
    • Experience supporting post-go-live optimization and user adoption initiatives.
    • Knowledge of KPI tracking, reporting, and business process improvement methodologies.
