  • Job Summary
    Senior Salesforce Agentforce Engineer with 10+ years of Salesforce development experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Salesforce APIs, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The role requires hands-on experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, automation, and REST API integrations, with a focus on developing scalable Salesforce solutions and leveraging AI capabilities to improve business processes.

    Required Qualifications
    • 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI.
    • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
    • Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
    • Strong experience with REST API integrations.
    • Strong understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering, and automation.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
    • Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
    • Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

    Certifications
    Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.
    Salesforce AI Associate.
    Salesforce Agentforce Specialist.
    Service Cloud Consultant.
