  • Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Engineering SME with expertise in Java, AWS, DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting scalable cloud infrastructure and platform engineering solutions. This role requires deep technical knowledge of AWS services, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, and modern DevOps practices.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and platform engineering solutions
    • Manage and support AWS cloud environments including networking, compute, storage, and security services
    • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation
    • Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes environments in production
    • Build and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
    • Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and reliability
    • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to support cloud-native applications and infrastructure
    • Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and deployment-related issues
    • Support operational best practices, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
    • Maintain secure and scalable cloud and containerized workloads

    Required Qualifications
    • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering roles
    • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including VPC, EC2, IAM, S3, EKS, RDS, and CloudWatch
    • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
    • Experience running Kubernetes in production environments
    • Familiarity with CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms
    • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP, and load balancing
    • Experience with Linux systems, shell scripting, and Git-based version control
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with VoIP or real-time communications technologies including SIP, RTP, SBCs, or call routing
    • Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Dynatrace
    • Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or SQS
    • Familiarity with databases including PostgreSQL or DynamoDB
    • Experience with security hardening for cloud and containerized workloads

    Certifications
    • AWS Certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer
    • Kubernetes certifications such as CKA or CKAD
    • Terraform certifications preferred
