Job Summary
We are seeking an ERP Reporting Technical & Workstream Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of a future-state financial reporting platform as part of a large-scale Oracle ERP transformation initiative. This role combines deep technical expertise, reporting architecture leadership, and workstream management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle ERP Financials, cloud-based reporting platforms, AWS technologies, and enterprise reporting architectures, along with the ability to guide stakeholders toward scalable, automated, and standardized reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, architecture, and design of enterprise reporting solutions supporting Oracle ERP Financials.
- Define and implement reporting architectures that integrate Oracle Financial reporting capabilities with cloud-based reporting platforms.
- Design scalable, reusable, and automated reporting frameworks that support future-state finance operations.
- Evaluate existing reporting processes and recommend improvements that promote standardization, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with business process owners and finance stakeholders to define reporting requirements and establish a future-state reporting roadmap.
- Serve as the Reporting Workstream Lead within the ERP transformation program.
- Develop, manage, and execute reporting workstream plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with systems integrators and technical teams to translate architectural guidance into detailed technical solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver reporting capabilities and enhancements.
- Facilitate large-scale design workshops and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Review technical designs, vendor deliverables, and acceptance criteria to ensure quality and alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in the design and implementation of cloud-based financial reporting platforms using AWS technologies.
- Design, validate, and implement reporting controls and governance processes.
- Troubleshoot complex reporting and data-related issues and guide teams through resolution activities.
- Support deployment planning, cutover activities, and post-production stabilization efforts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting performance, usability, and reliability.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, status updates, and recommendations.
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions support strategic finance objectives.
- Recommend solutions that balance business requirements, technical architecture, scalability, and cost considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Oracle ERP Financials and related reporting tools.
- Proven experience leading reporting, data, or technical workstreams within large-scale ERP or Finance transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, or supporting cloud-based reporting platforms.
- Experience with AWS-based reporting, analytics, or data platform solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise reporting architecture and reporting framework design.
- Experience designing scalable, automated, and reusable reporting solutions.
- Experience designing and validating financial reporting controls and governance processes.
- Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading design workshops, technical reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Experience collaborating with systems integrators, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence business process improvements and drive reporting standardization initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Oracle ERP transformation programs.
- Experience designing AWS-based financial reporting, analytics, or data warehouse solutions.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise finance, accounting, and financial reporting processes.
- Experience supporting post-production operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of modern reporting, analytics, and cloud data architecture best practices.
