  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with 8+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, Angular, REST APIs, and web services, along with experience designing scalable application architectures, microservices, cloud-based solutions, and modernization initiatives. The role requires strong database optimization, frontend development, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, production support, and stakeholder collaboration skills within healthcare-focused application environments.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using SQL Server, .NET, Angular, and REST APIs.
    • Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
    • Improve application performance through query tuning, indexing strategies, and database optimization.
    • Build responsive frontend components and integrate them with backend services.
    • Design and implement scalable, high-performance .NET application architectures, including microservices and RESTful APIs.
    • Develop and support cloud-based solutions and application modernization initiatives.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Prepare technical estimates and support application enhancement initiatives and proposals.
    • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and deliver business requirements.
    • Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support activities.
    • Participate in CI/CD deployment processes and application releases.
    • Maintain source control, coding standards, and technical documentation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex application issues and deliver high-quality software solutions.

    Required Qualifications
    • 8+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
    • Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, and web services.
    • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance .NET application architectures.
    • Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, cloud-based solutions, and application modernization.
    • Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC/Core, Web API, and Entity Framework.
    • Strong SQL Server expertise, including complex queries, stored procedures, views, database objects, query tuning, and indexing.
    • Strong frontend development experience with Angular or React, JavaScript, and responsive web technologies.
    • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and source control practices.
    • Experience with code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, production support, and application releases.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
    • 2+ years of experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to gather requirements, prepare technical estimates, contribute to proposals, and support application enhancement initiatives.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
