  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain customer-facing web applications using modern technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-stack development, including Angular, Java, Spring Boot, cloud technologies, and API integrations. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative Agile environment while delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
    • Build responsive and progressive web applications using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
    • Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
    • Design and implement RESTful web services and integrations with internal and external systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
    • Develop and deploy cloud-based applications using modern deployment technologies and AWS services.
    • Create and manage Docker-based containerized applications.
    • Support CI/CD processes and deployment automation using tools such as Jenkins and Artifactory.
    • Implement secure coding standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
    • Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance tests.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
    • Contribute to architectural discussions and platform modernization efforts.
    • Collaborate with team members to build scalable, resilient, and modular application platforms.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
    • Strong experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web application development.
    • Experience developing applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
    • Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and web services.
    • Experience with cloud technologies and AWS environments.
    • Hands-on experience with Docker container development.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Artifactory.
    • Strong understanding of software design principles for building scalable, modular, and resilient applications.
    • Experience implementing secure coding standards and best practices.
    • Experience developing automated testing solutions, including unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing.
    • Familiarity with testing tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
    • Experience working within Agile development environments.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly.
    • Strong organizational, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working within financial services or financial technology environments.
    • Knowledge of investment, brokerage, wealth management, or institutional financial platforms.
    • Experience building applications for customer-facing or advisor-facing platforms.
    • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise application environments.
