  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that enhance customer and user experiences across Sales and Service domains.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
    • Build Lightning applications using Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Web Components.
    • Develop and customize solutions using Apex, triggers, classes, workflows, process builder, and platform events.
    • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using RESTful APIs and microservices.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Support full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
    • Implement CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins and Salesforce DX.
    • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with Salesforce best practices and governance limits.
    • Support system integrations, data migration, and large-scale implementations.
    • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 6+ years of CRM development experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
    • Experience working with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
    • Strong experience with Force.com development, including Apex, SOQL, triggers, and workflows.
    • Experience building Lightning applications using Lightning Web Components and related tools.
    • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Salesforce DX.
    • Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, design principles, and platform limitations (Governor Limits).
    • Experience with software development lifecycle, DevOps, and continuous integration/deployment practices.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Developer certification.
    • AWS certification.
    • Experience with Salesforce administration, security models, and user access management.
    • Experience with large-scale system implementations, integrations, and data migration.
